Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at store@socoolgames.net. We will send you the return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions at store@socoolgames.net.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at store@socoolgames.net.
