Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Delivery times depend on the customer's location and the carrier used.

Lazuli Labs, Lda. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (such as carriers or logistics operators).

5. Exchanges and Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, according to Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Defective products may be claimed within 30 days.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
