At So Cool Games, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible so the fun can begin!

Portugal and Spain:

Flat delivery fee of 4.00 Euros per order.

Free Delivery:

Orders of 25.00 Euros or more qualify for free shipping!

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times typically range from 2-5 working days, depending on the destination address.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!

If for any reason you'd like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.

Conditions:

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
